Sculpted Wood Chair

This beautiful sculpted chair was made from wood salvaged from a Park Avenue (New York City) water tower. The various colorations in the wood add a "visual" texture to it, but yet the chair itself is smooth to the touch. Comfort was designed within the chair by sculpting a deeper "cove" to the seating area.

What could be more fun than reading a book in this chair while relaxing?? I love the dramatic bulky end of the chair that leads up to a smaller sleeker top.
